| Swollen face?? The skin by my pup's eye seems swollen. It definitely wasn't there until today and I have no clue what it is. It doesn't seem to bother him and he is acting as per usual. Does anyone recognize it? Is it just something I should keep an eye on or should I see the vet? |

| Poor boy! Gently raise his top eyelid to check for redness on the white part of the eye. If it is white and he doesn't have any yellow, green, or unusual discharge from the eye, could be a bug bite or sting. Watch it closely to make sure it doesn't swell more. You could also try a warm compress using a cotton ball or wash cloth. Wet it with warm water and hold it on the spot for a couple of minutes. You can do that several times today. If it doesn't start going down by tomorrow, I would check in with the vet. Keep us posted!

| Thank you so much for the reply! There was nothing else wrong with his eye. The swelling seems to have gone down also. I'm not sure what it was, but I'm just glad that he's fine. |
