| Moxie ate a roll of tums- HELP! They are mostly calcium carbonate, I am afraid for her kidneys. She probably ate them too long ago so I can't induce vomiting |

| How many did she eat? How long ago was it? Anything really can be toxic if overdosed. The packaging alone can upset her stomach, I would think an overdose could cause constipation. Maybe vomiting. I would err on the side of caution, try a few avenues. If you remember what brand they were, Google the customer service number and see if they can tell you anything....if your regular vet or the er vet doesn't know the answer I would try another....they really should know the answer. If there's only one er vet close to you try the closest one after that no matter how far they are. Explain to them the situation and see if they will at least advise you on toxicity.
