| Tessa very ill Please pray for my Tessa. She is my 2 yrs 3 pound yorkie. She started having problems walking. Then walked sideways and now won't walk at all. Just in 15 days. I did immediately take her to vet hospital they diagnosed luxating patella. She could still walk some at that time. She got worst so I took her to another vet who took more X-rays but decided it might be neurological problem. I did not have the funds for MRI and extensive blood work they said might help with diagnosis so they gave her a steroid shot some pain medicine and add'l steroid meds. She can't stand so she eats, pees and poops lying on her side. Has anyone had similar experience? Please keep her in prayer, she's going back to neurologist next Thursday. Thank you God Bless. |

| Oh my. You really need to figure out a way to get her properly diagnosed. Have you tried to apply for Care Credit? Healthcare Financing Credit Card | CareCredit I don't think you should just let her lay like that. Sounds terrible. I also don't see how you can wait until Thursday. Prayers for your Tessa.

| I bet waiting until Thursday is agony I am so sorry that this unexpected health problem has occurre, it does sound neurological- far from luxating patella! What a nightmare. Our prayers are with you, please keep us updated on your baby and if there is anything they will be able to do to help a condition like hers. Care credit is a wonderful option, I use it regularly.

| Tessa very ill I forgot to add that I did take her to the neourologist. That was the 3rd vet that saw her and gave her the steroids. She said it could possibly be autoimmune disease. Thank you again for all your prayers. |

Here are some other funding options to look at: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...vet-bills.html You could also try starting a Go Fund Me type thing - but you cannot solicit for funds here at YT, just fyi.

| Perhaps a couple of days will show some improvement. It could take a day or two for the steroid to start working. Will keep her and you in my thoughts and prayers.

| Tessa had a better day today. She actually got up from where I had her and walked (wobbly but walked) down hall to the bedroom where her pee pad is located to pee and poo, even though I had placed a pad right in front of the blanket where I had laid her. She barked alot at the kids that came by trick n treating and tried to run to the front door. I will look into the various options noted by different members. I did look into one here in San Antonio but my income is too high to qualify. I'm in that middle class not-enough but too much...so I will continue to look. Thank you so much for your concerns and prayers. I am trusting God in all of this. God Bless |

| Poor sweet little Tessa, she must be so confused to what has happened to her. Keeping her in my prayers that this can be resolved and she can go back to being her little ole self soon.
