| Couldn't breath My 7 year old yorkie woke up this morning like he couldn't breath. He kept trying to blow out of his nose like something was lodged in it and stoping his air flow. I calmed him down and he was ok. This really freaked me out. He is fine now his nose it wet and he is happy. Anyone else have this happen? |

| I might be collapsing trachea. He should be checked out by your vet.

| If he does it again, try to calm him and gently blow air into his face, at his nose......not like resuscitation, just blow air into his face, ....that will occasionally make them catch their breath and stop that action. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Sounds like a reverse sneeze episode to me. There is a thread in the Health Library that has video of one.
