| Not my yorkie, but my poodle...need some help? My 14 year old mini poodle is dying. Vet thinks she has a brain tumor. She's been on prednisone- 2x a day. Seemed to help. Went down to 1 a day and she's gone downhill. Today not eating, walking into walls. circling and now moaning and falling down. The end is near. No vet opened in area. Is there something I can give her to calm her, make the pain better, this death transition easier for her tonight? Benadryl ? Aspirin? My daughter is crying, the dog is in pain and I just don't know what to do... |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I am so very heartbroken for you, your family, and your precious little one. I hope you're able to find a vet who can help let her go. If you can, please update us.

YT 2000 Club Member | dog Prayer for you your family and your poodle. Hardest move I made to have to take my brown mini poodle Tuffy for his last vet visit. I had to because it was time. I ķnow he went from my arms back to the arms of love Jesus. He calls them all home the Shepard carrying the sheep carries our yorkies. May you be comforted knowing you have a lot of support from all of us here. |

| Update Took Kiki to ER Vet last night...they gave her a sedative and an 8 hour shot of painkiller. She came home and slept. She passed peacefully with my husband at her side at 6a.m. this morning. Thanks for the kind words and care. |

| So very sorry for what you have just gone thru.....it KILLS us to do what is so loving and compassionate for them.....you sent that baby to Rainbow Bridge, comfortable and pain free, and I am sure, even though it is killing you now and your heart is absolutely broken, your precious baby is running free and happy on the "other side", and will be waiting for you to come for her. |
