| Black bump on 5 year old yorkie I'm just worried about my fur baby! My friend told me it was probably just a mole but it seems like it just appeared overnight. Can anybody help me? Or has anyone seen these on their yorkie? |

| Welcome to YT. I haven't any experience with anything like this. But wanted to bump your thread. Have you seen a vet? Sometimes it's best to just take them in.

| Hopefully someone will have some experience with this and can give you more help. I understand wanting to try to get some info. If not, I would head to the vet on Monday. . Hopefully it's nothing to worry about! Keep us updated!

| To me it looks kind of crusty. You may have tried already but have you cleaned it? It looks like maybe dried blood? Maybe she got a little scratch....dab a little peroxide on it with a q-tip? Just a suggestion....it's hard to tell.

| Personally, I would take him to the vet to get it checked out...just the fact that it's such an irregular bump/ shape is a little concerning. Hope it's noting serious. Please update when you can.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It's not a scab, right? It kind of looks scabby...but if it's not a scab, then yes, I'd have it checked out.

| It's healed up now. I think it was just a scabby scratch. It looks a whole lot better and looks clean. Thank yall so much for the concern and help! |
