| Our pup, also named Bella, had the same issue yesterday. We took her to the vet as well and also had a blood work up done. Our Bella will stay up all night pacing the house and that is when the head thing starts happening. It may be a neuro issue, but when she is well rested, it goes away, so I am hoping that it is a symptom of exhaustion. Get your pup rested for a night and see if the bobbing persists. Also try Nutrical to get blood sugar up as sometimes low blood sugar can cause bobbing. |

| These are two different OP's. They both have yorkies named Bella and both have almost the same symptoms.
