| Is this allergies or distemper? My new puppy has some mucous discharge coming from his eyes but he seems healthy otherwise, I've only had him the past 2 days though so I can't really attest all that much to what he is like normally. I'm wondering if maybe he is just allergic to maybe a certain flower/grass and if so how do I figure out that that is what is causing this? He had all of his vaccines except rabies so far but they were only .5 cc vaccines because of how small he is. |

| Additional info: His nose is cold and not mucousy at all. He isn't coughing or sneezing but he is scratching at his face with his paws. |

| How long have you had him? And how old is your little man? Winnie has eye boogies on the daily because she doesn't keep a topknot in. They r gooey and gross....has he seen a vet since in your care? I'm just wondering because itching could be a plethora of things....fleas, itchy ears, ear hair, etc etc the itching and eye discharge could very well be from allergies but if he hasn't seen your vet recently I would probably take him in....that's what I would probably do! I hope he feels better soon and it's nothing serious! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | If the discharge is clear, he could just be teething...but if it's colored and has a bad smell, then I'd probably have a vet take a look .
