Thank you. We just got back from the vet - she had some fluids and anti nausea medication. Hopefully, that will solve our problem. She hasn't thrown up since but still doesn't want to eat. (But hey, I don't feel like eating if I feel crummy either...) I'm going to let her rest for a few hours then try and feed her. She didn't get a very good nights sleep since her tummy was bothering her. (Vet said take time to let meds/fluid absorb.) It's scary to me when she turns down chicken . Thank you for your thoughts and prayers, hopefully when she wakes up she will feel better and want to eat.

YT Addict | Miss Tink is eating well now (all of her yummies Apple, chicken and her wet food). It seems the meds her vet gave her did the trick. She has not vomited since. Hopefully her tummy issues are fixed - thank you for your thoughts and prayers! |

| I am sorry to hear Tink had a rough night, so very happy to continue reading and hearing that she is now eating after her trip to the vet and treatment to settle her tummy. She is always in my prayers...I'll add an extra prayer tonight. Stay well Tink!!!

YT Addict | thank you all for your concern for Tink - she had a good little meal and is resting peacefully now I'm so glad she feels better i hate when she isnt feeling well. However, I noticed something today when I had to give her meds... a front tooth of hers is broken near the gumline. This had to have happened recently within the past 2 weeks. I am SO SO upset about this (and really confused...) she has not had any hard things to chew (like bones) expect her kibble - which she doesn't eat everyday. I'm calling my vet first thing in the morning to see what to do... I have not noticed her in pain, but that can't feel good. She had her last dental in the Spring last year, and has been to the vet numerous times since. I feel just TERRIBLE. This poor little girl... Sorry to be such a downer, I just feel so awful for her, little tooth but at least she is feeling much better and eating. Thank you ALL so so so much for your prayers for Tink. |

YT Addict | I just got off my phone with my vet - they said her tooth needs to be removed. (I was assuming this was the case, as it seems like an issue for infection and pain.) I feel TERRIBLE. I don't understand how it happened... she hasn't had anything hard to chew on besides her kibble, but I don't think she chews that with her front teeth? She was playing with her plush toys last week where she was tearing them apart, could it have happened then? It just seems like something VERY hard would have caused this... We have an appointment on Wednesday for removal, and I'm going to have them do her dental cleaning as well. I'm SO SO nervous about her being under anesthesia given her blood sugar, but the vet informed me that she will be on a glucose drip, so it shouldn't be an issue. I am awaiting a call from her specialist/oncologist saying it will be okay given her state. I don't want to NOT get it fixed, as I'm sure it's uncomfortable, and pain may increase over time. I am just SO upset my little girl has to go through this. I feel just terrible... but i don't want her to start being in pain, or if she is in pain right now, but hiding it from me... |

| I'm guessing that the tooth broke while Tink was tearing apart the plush toys. Maybe the tooth got caught in the fabric, and Tink broke the tooth trying to get it unstuck. I guess this is a caution to discard toys that are in disrepair. I hope the dental goes well! Keep us posted! |

She is eating well, but not her usual self. I'm wondering if her tooth is causing pain and making her uncomfortable... Poor little girl, I feel so guilty, she doesn't deserve this

| My heart goes out to you. It's not your fault that this happened, and you are doing everything possible to give your little girl the best life possible. One of my Rainbow Bridge babies, Ashley, needed to have a back tooth pulled when she was sixteen. We knew it was risky, but we couldn't bear to think of Ashley in pain. We thought the tooth issue was causing her anxiety, but our vet didn't agree. We have such deep respect for him, and it was the only time we didn't agree. He felt she would survive the surgery, but even with a risk, we knew it was something we needed to do for Ashley. Her anxiety level decreased after the surgery, and she did great. You and your little girl are always in my thoughts and prayers.

| Oh poor Tink, I always worry if Buster wont eat as well. I wonder what she could have chipped the tooth on. Sending prayers and best wishes.
