| My 7 week teacup us throwing up white chunky stuff I have a 7 week old Yorkie and noticed early this morning that she not as active. I picked her up to check her out and I noticed something in her mouth. It looked like old rotten milk. Then I noticed she was throwing up ( again) and again it looked like old milk. .. does or has anyone else had this problem? I'm going to take her to the vet in a few hours. But if anyone has gone threw the same thing please tell me what you know. THANK YOU |

| It is good you are taking her to the vet. She is very young and could go bad quickly with vomiting. Good luck! Please let us know what the vet says.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | She is *very* young to be away from her Mom already -- it can be dangerous, so I'm REALLY glad to read you're being so cautious/smart and bringing her to the vet asap -- well done! These little pups can go down very fast when vomiting. Please let us know how she is. And, welcome to YT, btw .

Please let us know what the vet says.[/QUOTE] I took her to the vet & the first thing they tested her for was parvo. It came out negative thank goodness. I told the vet how her throw up smelled and looked like bad milk and she told me that she more than likely attached to her mom's nipple and drank bad milk & now she has a tummy ache. They gave me medicine for her And for the throwing up and I asked them to give her an iv. They said that with the iv n her meds she should be doing a lot better by tomorrow afternoon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and praying that my baby is back to her old self. |
