| Did Cherry get nicked at the groomers? I was brushing Cherry and when I put her on her back to brush and rub her tummy, I noticed this on her back leg. It looks very weird. Each line is made up of 5-6 dots. Does this look like she got nicked at the groomer's? Any ideas?

| Possible. I would keep an eye on it because it could also be some sort of rash or infection (fungal..bacterial..?). When did she go to the groomers?

| Poor baby girl. It does look like the marks are from the trimmer. Sending her extra belly rubs and hoping her skins heals quickly.

| Yeah it looks like clipper cuts...That area is so dangerous bc of the flaps (also the arm pits), have to be very careful. With Cherry's fine hair, trimming that area w/scissors would've been fine. If you're going to use the same groomer again, you should give them a call & let them know what happened so they'll be more careful next time.

| Having to sheer sheep, those nicks come from grooming sheers aka electric blades... I would put some antibiotic cream on them. I would also next time tell the groomer to use scissors instead around those areas....

| Thank you all. She seems totally fine and it doesn't hurt her so I'll just keep an eye out for additional redness or anything!
