Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Checking in with my 3-legged and 1 1/2 eared Yorkies Our house has been an infirmary for the past three weeks, with Eddie's knee surgery followed by Jillie's partial ear removal and dental that cost her 3 teeth. My sincere sympathies to all who go through rehab with their dogs. It's more work than I remember. You have to keep them inactive but also have to do something to address their energy as it returns. Here's a picture of Jillie's 1 1/2 ears. I'm thinking it won't be too noticeable once the hair grows out. And here's another picture of a typical walk lately. Eddie is allowed to walk for only about 10 minutes, so we walk to the park with him in this sack, then I let him down for 10 minutes before putting him back in the sack for the trip home. Jillie had one bad day, due mostly, I think, to the dental. She's pretty much back to her ol' smiling self.

| Yorkies are tough little customers and keep on keepin' on no matter what! Look so sweet and lap-doggish but they are little toughies. Cute photos.

| Yes, rehab is never fun and so time consuming and so much work but worth it in the end. I love the picture of you walking the furkids!! I'm impressed, Jillie looks great, they did a great job on her ear. I really thought it would look more severe or noticeable but it looks great and once hair regrows you won't notice it at all. I'm glad to hear they are all doing so well but then again they have great parents to care for them!!

| What a great picture of you and the pack. Hope the recoveries continue to go well until everybody is back to normal. Pretty Jillie has nothing to worry about, she is still gorgeous.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I'm so sorry that your little kiddos are both having to go through all this But you're one awesome yorkie parent. Eddie looks so adorable riding along with Dad. Even with her 1 and 1/2 of ears Jillie is so cute!! She is still such an adorably beautiful little lady.

| What is the bag you are using to carry him? I am looking for something to carry my Max when we go hiking...his LP won't let him walk as long with us, but we want to take him along anyway

| You have really had your hands full! I am very happy to see everyone out and about and looking great. Eddie looks like he is enjoying the ride a little too much. It's wonderful to see the pack healthy and smiling.
