| My Yorkie fell My daughters Yorkie fell on Tue.When she fell she was no responsive. Her eyes were rolled back and she wasn't moving. My daughter took her to the vet. While there she had a few seizures. They kept her over night and my daughter took her home the next day. The vet and did run all kinds of test, they came back negative. The dog still isn't acting normal. her tongue pretty much stays out of her mouth. The vet wants her do do a MRI to see if there is brain damage. Help Any suggestions? This test will run 1500. |

| This unfortunate puppy should be given the opportunity to be diagnosed correctly and if treatment is feasable, baby should receive it. That is the right thing to do, as a responsibility of being a pet owner. Call your breeder please. If this was one of my babies, I would take that baby back and get it the necessary medical treatment immediately. This just breaks my heart......poor little soul. |

| This pup should definitely have the MRI & as the above mentioned, look into a vet school as they have the latest up to date technology. It sounds as though this pup is suffering some kind of brain damage, possibly a concussion & needs the MRI so they can find out what is wrong & treat accordingly. If this is left without proper treatment it could cost this pup her life & sounds as though this NEEDS to be done ASAP.When there is a brain injury it can cause swelling & fluid build up witch can cause scaring witch can lead to life-long seizures. Please keep us posted on this baby. I will be Praying for a full recovery. Again this should be done ASAP. |

| It can take some time for a head injury to heal completely.. Did the vet put her on any medication? Does she appear to be improving?

| I would definitely go for the MRI and agree with the suggestions about a vet school. If it makes you feel better, I had to take my cat to the ER hospital last week and they charge $3500 for an MRI. I would jump at a price of $1500! I pray this baby is improving. Please let us know how she's doing!
