| Help appreciated please! I don't know what is going on with my 3 mo old morkie Owen, and the vet is closed because it is so early in the morning. I can HEAR his stomach acids churning....LOUD...and it is very scary for such a small 2 lb dog. Is he ok? Is this normal? What could be wrong? It is the middle of the night, he just got up and used the bathroom (pooped) and it was normal. He was checked 2 days ago for a stomach illness at the vet, and had nothing. I am at a loss because I have never heard this before in any of my dogs!

| I've read that many yorkies have problems in the early morning hours with their tummies being completely empty...causes upset and sometimes vomiting. I agree with the above..see if you can get your little one to eat a little something. Also, how is the food dish? Is it on the floor or raised up some? If on the floor, you might want to try raising it up some because that helps them not get so gassy/indigestion.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | How old is he? With one that small, I'd have food available 24/7 if possible.
