| Lump Checks at the Vet today.... Tinkerbell and Sapphire went to the vet, we just got back. Tinkerbell has a soft lump in her abdomen near her LS surgery incision site, I was thinking a hernia or tear of some kind. Lol, vet says it's fat! I love fat! Sapphire has a small lump next to her lower left teat. So she'll be scheduled for her spay, lump removal, and a dental, a month from today. She'll get pre-op bloodwork and xrays. Today they both got their Rabies vaccines. I love my vet... she has such a great technique and tableside manner with my pups, they were totally relaxed during their exams, and no pain from the vaccines. Sapphire was panting alot and hyper going in, but calmed down fairly quickly. Tink always wants to just leave and go home, and started doing tricks for sympathy (her MO to get attention, lol). Tink is also very much pain intolerant, like if you look at her sideways, she yipes. She did great with her vaccine. DH is still having 'sticker shock', lol, but the surgery/dental estimate on Sapphire was extremely reasonable, so I can't complain. Sapphire weighs 8#, Tink checked in at 14.8#. Sapphire probably weighs less now, as DH reported a huge BM from her when he took them for a walk as I paid the bill, lol.

| Hehehe... thanks! I'll have to make sure she gets weighed again before her surgery! Oh I was imagining the worst! Talk about being relieved! WooHoo! Oh and we had a long discussion about vaccines. I turned to DH and said, yes that's enough to vaccinate a 100# dog! My vet said "A dog! That's enough to do a horse!" I said You're kidding, right? She says," Nope, same exact amount". OMG!

| And people wonder why so many dogs are ending up with severe & some life threatening reactions. |
