Donating YT Addict | Giardia Waffles fecal test came back pos for Giardia. The vet put her on Flagyl every 12 hours for 7 days. She had no symptoms. No loose poop. Im kind of surprised there were no symptoms yet the test is pos.. Are there usually symptoms? I see stomache pain is one. Is this why she would throw up her food? Im thinking its all related at this point. Ive also changed vets. As the one I was taking her to was just giving me a wallet flush! I left office all 6 times with $130+ being spent. Then they tell me 560.00 to spay at 6-7 months old?! Asked my neighbors, friends, boss where they go. And Ive changed to there effective today after I got med from old vet for giardia.

| No, there are not always symptoms. Also, sometimes they can test negative and be positive. Companion Animal Parasite Council—Giardia in Dogs
