| Please pray for Teddy We went up North to stay with my parents for two weeks, and it was going great until yesterday when I noticed Teddy was not eating anything. We tried Nutri cal but he wouldn't have it either. But I totally freaked out when he had diarrhea with that sour smell. We immediately took him to vet, who suspect it might be Parvo. I don't get it, Teddy is fully vaccinated. He's 11 months old. I am so worried I cannot sleep. Please send your prayers. Is it because of cold weather? This is the first time Teddy has to experience cold weather and he didn't like it |

| I hope it is not Parvo sending prayers for Teddy. Here is a link about another recent Parvo thread. You may find some helpful info http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...rs-needed.html

| {{{hugs}}} I'll keep your lil Teddy in my prayers. It does happen. Another girl here had the same thing happen with her vaccinated pup, but he did pull through and is fine now.

| Our vet tested his stool today and the result is negative, so no Parvo. What a relief. He's still tired and hasn't eaten anything, but we will be giving him some Nutri Cal today and see how he feels. His stool is less brown (less bloody) and it doesn't smell as bad as it did yesterday. Thank you so much for your prayers! I can't thank you enough. I will keep you updated on his progress. |
