| 4 month old puppy constipated? Hello, Today before we fed her lunch she used the bathroom but it was really small and hard. We fed her lunch and she hasn't used the bathroom after that. Her stomach feels really bloated and tight. She isn't playing like usual and all she wants to do is be in her kennel alone. Also, she kept biting at her butt a few times and she had her tail tucked in for awhile. We gave her about 2 teaspoons of canned pumpkin and later we gave her a little bit of olive oil with a little bit of wet food. Here regular everyday food is Nature's Variety. I'm planning on taking her to the vet in the morning but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this with their baby and what you guys did? Thank you. |

| and it wouldn't hurt to call a vet. 4 month old pups are poop monsters. Even on the highest quality foods 8-10 hours is way too long to go without a bm. |

| Not to get too graphic, but sometimes Giz get's hair stuck in his..Well, hole and that'll cause him to bit and scoot his bum. But if you're seeing all those symptoms in your pup, then I would contact the vet.
