| Update on Hershey Thanks once again for all of your prayers and advice. I'm happy to say that Hershey is doing much better. It was a very scary week but he is a tough little dog. I tried your advice and gave him some chicken and rice canned food before I gave him medicine and he was able to hold it down. It's hard bc he has to take 6 pills in the morning and 3 pills at night. That's a lot for a little tummy to handle. I brought him to the vet yesterday for a follow up chest xray and his pneumonia is 99% gone. He has to be on antibiotics for two more weeks just to make sure it won't come back. I'm so relieved my baby is better and it definitely was worth the money ($5,000). The only problem is that the pneumonia made his trachea symptoms more pronounced. Before he was sick, he was breathing so well and we had it under control with the meds. Vet said that should be temporary and he will go back to the way he was. I'm very thankful it's all working out. It breaks my heart to see my baby sad and sickly. |

| It is so nice to hear that Hershey is doing so much better. I know it's heartbreaking to see them so sick. It sounds like he'll be bouncing around again very soon.

| Its good to hear some good news. Seems like so many of us are going through times of sickness or even losing our babies and its wonderful to hear one is on the mend. Give little Hershey a kiss from Lexi, Kayla, Dudley and Tina. So happy for you. |
