| I think Julius is sick :-( Hey everyone, So yesterday afternoon, Julius went poop on his training pad. When I went to clean up the pad, I noticed there was a little bit of blood in his stool. I immedaitely called the vet who asked me a few basic questions. He is still eatting and being ative. He has already had his parvo shot. The vet instructed me to keep an eye on it and to contact them back if it still happens. Every other bowel moment was normal. I have an appointment for him tomorrow (sat) to have his follow up and also have him looked at. I am really worried and I hope everything checks out ok. I will keep you updated.

| Thank you for the get well wishes. I hope everything was ok with Roxie and she feels better soon. I did take julius to the vet, but unfortanley there wasn't much they were able to check. his temp was normal and he has been having normal stools. I did send off for a stool sample to check for internal paristies, so just wating for the results to come back. I hope everything checks out ok. Julius is a little Soldier. I just wish they could tell us whats wrong

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Thanks Roxie is feeling better. I know with Roxie they couldn't say for sure what was wrong with her but treated her for colitis. The medicines seemed to work. I hope Julius continues to be ok.

| So I got Julius stool sample back and it came back positive for Cocciaia. This is an intestinal parasite that it spread through cat and dog feces. He has to be on an 8 day antibiotic. It has been 2 days so far and my little furbaby seems to be doing a lot better. The only thing is I am a little worried bc the parasites stay in the dirty and with Julius always shoving his noose in the dirt there could be a possiblity that he will continue to contact it. Guess I got to train him to stop doing it, but with terriers they dig ALOT!!!
