| Bad reaction to Fleas I'm pup sitting one of Kaji's bffs. Missy had a really bad reaction to a bunch of flea bites. She is red and sore all around her tail. She's absolutely miserable. Her mom already took her to the vet, who gave them an ointment to put on her tail. The vets shaved her reared, and she's red and a tad bloody. I just feel so bad for her. Kaji on the other hand is being a meanie. He refuses to share his momma's lap with his BFF.

| Awwww, poor baby. How terrible. Missy must be miserable right now. That just stinks. Kaji, be nice to your BFF and share mommy's lap! She don't feel good and sure could use some of your mommy's attention!

YT 2000 Club Member | I took Tucker to the vets last week for his exsessive scratching and the vets gave him a cortizone shot and some predisone pills. The shot worked wonders in about 12 hours he wasnt digging anymore. Maybe she can try that? Poor pup...

| I kept her from biting and scratching as long as I was with her. Her bottom looked really bad. Missy's mom said, she doesn't want to leave the house, or even play with the ball. That is not normal Missy behavior. She loves her walks and toys. I hope she feels better soon.

| I know someone who has to take their little one in for a shot once a month because she has a flea allergy. I hope that little one will be ok.

| Is Missy doing better? Uni will bite herself from time to time, and I put coconut oil on it and it really seems to soothe the area.

| I asked Adi and Missy is still not better. What I saw on Wednesday was really bad. Her entire hind quarters was a huge matted mess, the area around her tail was just inflamed from all the flea bites, scratching, and bitting Missy had done. Believe it or not, what I saw was 10x's better than what Missy had going on in the morning. They're not allowed to bathe or groom her until the ointment is all done. My only guess is she got attacked by a big group of fleas; it made her itch like crazy, and by the time thy got to the vet, the damage to her skin was done. They're doing their best, and just have to wait for the skin to heal.

| Is that for treating a yard? They don't have a yard. She caught the fleas at a park.
