| Couture Spayed Hello My little girl has managed to remove her liquid stitches today while wearing her E-collar. She got spayed on 3/31 and they put stitches on the inside and dermabond on the outside. I cant see the vet till Thursday and I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get otc dermabond? Thanks in advance! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | The vet can't get her in right away, with her incision opening and everything? What does the incision look like right now? Can you get in asap? I don't think anything over-the-counter can help with your kiddo at this time.

| It sounds like the skin layer is totally open in which case it shouldn't wait until Thursday.

| Taking her to an ER vet would be a good idea. I'm from Macomb and I know of one on Gratiot/Hall Rd....the name is escaping me at the moment....of course Another is in Madison Hgts (12/John R). Vet Emergency Services. Their # is (248) 547-4677. You have to call first before you come in though. Hope this helps! Good luck!

| If it's a verrrry tiny area open, you can probably wait until morning. It sounded like the whole layer came undone. A couple of Ellie's staples came out post spay and it was fine. All really depends how far open it is.
