| Eddie ate a burr several weeks ago. He had the same reaction coughing, but he was also throwing up and constantly swallowing. I ended up taking him into the emergency vet. They took x-rays to make sure the burr wasn't stuck and luckily it wasnt. They also gave him medication to help his upset stomach and an injection of saline to make sure he didnt get dehydrated. He continued to cough and swallow air all night, which the vet explained was because he aggravated his throat. I would continue to watch your baby and if you dont see improvement take her to the vet. I hope your baby feels better soon! Eddie and I will keep her in our thoughts
