YT 1000 Club Member | Constipated Is there anything that can be given for constipation? Natalie is going but it is very hard. I was giving her wet food in the morning but for the last week I haven't given her any just dry food. I'm wondering if that is what it might be.

| You can give her pumpkin. Get the pure pumpkin..not the pie filling! Pumpkin has a lot of water and fiber and should help.

| I add about 5-6 green beans (chopped, slightly cooked) to my pups' food... works like a charm. Mine don't care so much for the taste of the pumpkin... lol.

| Both my doggies love organic pumpkin! It can be used to help regulate their system. You'll find it often recommended for both constipation and diarrhea! It's worth a try.

| Yeah. I asked the salesman at Entirely Pets if their organic pumpkin was used for constipation OR diarrhea and he said - both! I'd been hearing that for a long time on here and I guess it's true. It helped Ringo clear up the last of his diarrhea. TMI, I know ~ but where else can you go to talk about your dogs elimination issues?
