| Baby is acting really strange My 9month old yorkie Baby is acting really weird. She has not wanted anyone but me and snapped at our boy yorkie. She threw up some food this morning and hasnt really done anything but sleep. This is not my Baby, she is usually excited and up and running all the time. Our boy gets fixed March 3rd and im hoping were not too late. any ideas on what it could be or how I could tell if she was accidentally pregnant? Our vet wont fix her until she gains another pound. Thanks! |

| She could be coming into heat...they change when they come into heat and that's about the age my girls came in the first time. I would keep them seperated at all times to be sure they don't get together. Don't depend on diapers and panties...or baby gates and x-pens as those have been breached at times. Also, a male that has been recently neutered can still have active sperm for a while so I would keep them seperated even after he has been neutered until you are totally sure your girl is out of heat. I remember those days and it's nice to not have to worry once everyone is spayed and neutered! Good luck! |

| How much does she weigh? I am surprised they will not spay her. I surely would get her to a vet to find out what is wrong.

| If she is coming in to season her lady bits will swell and the male will be sniffing her a lot, he may also lick up her wee and do a funny thing where he will kind of chatter his mouth after.
