| Calvin Update - Liver Shunt Surgery So its been about 11 weeks since Calvin's liver shunt surgery and he is doing great! His scar has healed completely and he has gained a pound and half since his surgery! Woo hoo! He is still on the prescription diet dog food (which he hates) and will be on it until he has his BATs in March. My son had to do community service for his school this past saturday and he did it at our vets office so when i took him I took Calvin with me. Our vet said that he looks great (getting fat...lol...)! Im so relieved that everything is going well with him. He is such a sweetheart and I love him so much! He is extremely spoiled! Bella is due to get spayed at the end of the month so keeping my fingers crossed that her tests are all okay. I couldn't go through that again! Thank you everyone for your concern and advice when we were going through a rough time! |

| I'm so happy to hear this! I followed your threads so closely and learned a lot through your ordeal. Glad Calvin is doing well.
