| Need advice now!! I haven't posted for a long time. Lily is 2 yrs old now and was doing fine until yesterday!! She has clear liquid coming from her mouth?? When she is laying down is looks like she peed a big spot but it is coming from her mouth??? She doesn't act sick. No diarreah or anything?? We just flew with her on airplane couple days ago and we sprayed for bugs yesterday in the house?? She doesn't go outside she uses pads??? Does anyone know what this could possibly be?? THANKS in advance if you can help me??? |

| Oh yeah...it has to be the bug spray. That stuff would make a 200 lb person want to be sick let alone a tiny little animal that is so close to the ground sniffing everything around. Call the vet.

| I should add that you need to open your windows and let your house air out. You'll also want to mop the floor and wipe any surfaces that could have been sprayed (baseboards, furniture, etc). It won't do much good to have her treated, only to bring her back into a toxic environment.

| Thanks to all of you!! Lily is fine. She had all kinds of blood work and got a shot and they put an injection in her back of fluid to hydrate her!! Not positive that the bug spray did it because we have had her in airport etc in past few days but the vet said he thinks she will be fine!! She is sleeping right now and we are back home with her!! THANKS VERY MUCH!! |
