Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Help Roxy ate a Frog!!! Ok, So I went out on the patio today where my 2 yorkies Auggie & Roxy were. Roxy had a bunch of Goop hanging from her mouth & there was a big dead frog or toad laying there with gooey stuff all over it. Now Roxy has vomited 3 times & the last one may have been diarrhea, I'm not quite sure. My neighbor who has Roxy's Son Bandit says he does that all the time & he is Ok every time. He has vomited but always snaps out of it. Has this ever happened to any of you? Should I rush off to the Vet? I have a wake to go to. As my 2 yr old Granddaughter Dalilah would say '' Oh Me, Oh My ! ''.

Yes, I agree with you! See a vet! Some frogs are very poisonous, and your vet will know what frogs are common in your area.

| I live in Florida and we have bufo frogs which are poisonous to dogs and the best thing I can tell you is rinse their mouth out with water and squeeze some lime juice in their mouth I don't know why but it helps

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Dr. said she should be fine but watch her & go to the Emergency Vet if I have to but I am Happy to say...Roxy seems much better, she's running around a lot more & no more vomiting or bm's. and is starting to eat. All good signs. Thanks everyone
