| Ear Question After a bath I put in ear wash, let her shake her head and then wipe any extra moisture out. This time the q tip came out a little brownish red. Does this mean it was extra dirty or is she working on an ear infection? I can take her to the vet tomorrow. (Hate it when the car's not working !) |

| Reddish brown usually means an infection. It could also mean dirt After you clear it up (assuming it is an infection) try using Biogroom ear cleaner regularly - we havent had an ear infection since we started using this product years ago.

| Ok so this may be a terrible omission...but how often are you supposed to clean their ears? Since we took over the grooming about 3 years ago we have never cleaned her ears...(oops), didn't know. So if it's not too complicated, how do you do it? She does have a slight odor coming from her ears, but I thought that was jsut how it is. |

| Do you wipe it out after letting it sit in there? Thank you for your help! |
