No Longer a Member | Mold and Dogs Well, I called my housing department today, I'm checking into find out about a couple things. One of them is mold, I've been having some symptoms of mold poisining (including a headache thats been going on for 3 weeks *ouch*) so I have a doc appointment on Monday to see if that is the problem. Does anyone know if dogs can be affected by mold, and what symptoms I should be looking for just in case? Cats as well? Thanks for any info. |

| Depends on the type of mold, but URIs and skin infections can be caused by molds. From: Mold Symptoms for Pets As with other respiratory diseases, infected dogs often cough, lose their appetite, become lethargic, and have difficulty breathing.
