My yorkie puppy is 5 months old. my boyfriend woke up today for work at 8 and fed her and she was complelty normal and everything. i woke up at like 11 and i came into the living room and she was just laying there and she didnt come up to me and play like normal and i saw some puke next to her. she puked 2 more times after and she has just been laying around and not wanting to eat drink or do anything. she doesnt even want any of her treats which she normally goes crazy about. she got into the bathroom garbage i noticed but it was only like tissues and nothing bad in there. she is now whining a lot and she pooped a little tiny bit and it was very runny. i have an appointment at the vet at 615 tonight but does anyone have any suggestions for me untill then? please help i fee so bad for my little juicy! thanks |

| Keep checking her gums if they start to turn white or sticky feeling give her nutrical you dont want her to dehydrate. Otherwise just keep an eye on her until your appointment... hope everything is okay.

| Keep an eye on her gums. Touch them lightly with your finger ... just lift her upper lip a bit to do that ... IF they feel sticky to touch call your vet....that is a sign of dehydration. Often when they have a lot of vomiting and diarrhea they get dehydrated quickly and only fluids will fix that! If you feel she is that ill, call the vet and take her in sooner!!
