| HELP Peeing everywhere!! Pixie was spayed on thursday! When she came home she went right to her pad to pee. she was doing great and she Never has accidents unless she gets over excited. This morning she peed on my couch and I was steam cleaning it then she peed on my chase and then she peed in my hallway. Is this incontinence? What can I do? How long does this last if it is incontinence? Yesterday she was peeing on her pad today it is like she forgot what it was. Pixie has been fully pad trained for about 2 months and I don't understand what is going on.

I would put a diaper on her until she feels better. But of course it wouldn't hurt to consult her vet if you haven't already. | |

| I did call the vet and he said that it could be that her muscles are tired and it will take a few days or a uti and to drop off a sample. That is going to be fun trying that! lol I have used my new steam cleaner a lot today! omg Now she is shivering like she is cold I put a sweater on her and wrapped her in a blanket. Looks like I need to call the vet again! I thought she was on her way to recovery.......I am getting so stressed over this!!

When she isn't injured though I can't keep her from jumping I am always working on her to use the stairs to get down and she runs up the stairs and will jump off. I am so afraid she is going to ruin her knees. I took her to the Vet yesterday and brought in a urine sample, she has the beginning signs of a UTI so they gave her medication and she seems to be doing a lot better today!!

| I'm sorry I missed your original post. I hope the medication helps clear that up. I'm sure you were getting stressed out and not knowing what was going on made it worse. It seems like when we understand and find out that we can help them that things go a bit easier. I hope she is doing better today. I remember Kacee had a couple of accidents after she was spayed, but that was it. Let us know how she's doing...
