| Yuna hit her head harddddddd on the wall! Help! Omgosh, my yorkie ran into the wall for some reason. There were curtains there so she was probably trying to play with it. She was playing a lot before and now shes either sleepy and tired or she's going unconcious? I don't know! AH! She hit her head earlier today. She jumped from my lap and hit her head on the tile =S I feel like such a bad owner. What do I do? Her heart is still beating but her nose is dry but whenever she sleeps, it's dry...... |

| Run, don't walk! She needs to be seen by a vet if you have any doubts that she is O.K. Better safe than sorry.

| This happened to Sasha a couple of months ago, she fell off the couch and hit her head hard on a toy. I took her to the vet right away and after 2 hours and $220.00, he sent me home with no real answers. All your baby needs is some TLC. Keep her hydrated (Sasha's nose was very dry too) and keep an eye out for her. If she's not going potty then I would take her to the vet... but Sasha didn't want to eat, play, do anything but lay around, and she did this for about two days. After that she was perfectly fine. Good luck!

| How is she this morning? I'm just seeing this thread and sending prayers that she's alright.

| Thank you so much for the advice. The vet was closed when I posted, but I watched her carefully to monitor that she was still breathing and that she still had a heart beat. She did wake up. Gave me quite a scare. Thanks a lot. |

| If she's not 100%, take her to the vet. Head injury can cause swelling to the brain which can result in death. There are drugs that can stop it from happening. If she walks funny or is just laying around, I would have her seen ASAP.
