| To much perozide? Can you give your dog to much perozide to make them vomit that it could actually harm them? |

| Never heard of that being the case, so don't know the answer to this. I suppose it's possible though. Whatever peroxide goes in will come out and it could make them vomit more than necessary. That would be ab problem... A vet should be consulted before using it, so they would be able to tell someone how much to give.

| Yes, you definitely can. Why do you ask? if you have a problem get to your vet right away!!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Yes, I agree, how much did you give, over a tablespoon?

| Actually I had to give it to him twice so I wasn't sure if that was too much but it has been a while ago but he has been not feeling well so we went to the vet yesterday and they did blood work and gave us meds but I was still concerned about when I gave him the peroxide thinking that there may be a connection. |

| She first thought that it could possibly be pancreatitis so she did blood work and I told her to please do a complete blood profile to make sure everything else looked ok since I am a total worry wart. I lost my last baby from liver disease and he had some of the same symptoms so I was really concerned about that, but the bloodwork all came back good so that is good. She gave him a shot for throwing up and meds and said if he wasn't better by tomorrow to bring him back in for further testing. I saw tonight that there was a lot of rabbit droppings in our back yard that they were smelling so I wonder if they possibly may have eaten some of that, and if that could cause some problems. |

| He had a package of my medication that I had left on the table so I hurried and gave him peroxide but I didn't see that he had vomited so then a little later I gave him some more and he did throw up. I was thinking that it may have hurt his stomach or esophogus so that he really doesn't want to eat but he has always been a picky eater but it has just gotten worse. |
