| Vomiting My Yorkie had his teeth cleaned “professionally” by means of using none anesthetics last Friday. From what I am told all they do is pick the tarter and brush their teeth. Since then he has thrown up a few times but mainly has made gagging noises. This morning was the worst! He threw up on my bed twice, once at 2am and again at 8am. He seems fine and is running around and acting like his normal self other than throwing up. I just can’t help but wonder if the teeth cleaning has anything to do with him throwing up…keep in mind that there was a time period when he would throw up every now and then but that hasn’t happened in about 11 months or so. I have read by other users that 1/2 of Maalox is suggested. I also heard that boiled chicken is good to give a dog with an upset stomach. Any suggestions?

| make sure your baby is drinking water. You can add pedialite , for the extra potassium . that is the biggest concern of the vomiting. Not sure if this has to do with the teeth cleaning or not. He could of swallowed some of the toothpaste and it caused his to have an upset tummy . Hopefully this will not last. It is good that he is acting fine otherwise .
