| Casey 3 lb 9 mos - Diarrehia couple days / today throw up / dinner won't eat Long title. Casey had diarrehia for several days. It got better with bland food and rice diet. Though today all of a sudden she is throwing up. She is not hungry and somewhat lethargic. Though her gums color are ok. I can go to the emergency vet tonight for a million ... or what until the morning. Is this an emergency? Her and her sister were tearing apart tennis balls so she may have eating either felt or the rubber (or whatever they are made of). They were toys from the pet store Casey is wonderful so fun. She pretty small abt. 3 lbs and 9 months old. Please help. |

| Did she start throwing up after she ate some of the ball? If so she could have some of it in her belly irritating her. Hopefully it wasn't a big chunk or she may not be able to pass it.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | With diarrhea, vomiting, and loss of appetite...yes, I would take her in asap.

| Yep...three pounds diarrhea, vomiting and lethargic? I would take her to the EC. By the way....color of gums is a way to check for anemia. The way to check for dehydration is to touch the gums. If they are sticky to touch, that is a sign of dehydration.
