| How can you know if a tail is infected ? I was feeling my 2 weeks old puppies tail and a white fluid came out is this normal or does this indicate an infection? I will call my vet but just wanted more thoughts on this. Thanks |

| No that does not sound normal. It would be best to have the vet check them. Please let us know what he says. |

| White or yellow discharge from any wound is a sign of infection. |

| Yes, for sure the baby needs to go the vet. There should be nothing, but a scab on the tail if docked.
