| My dog keeps licking himself down there, it looks red. First time dog owner. Kinda of embarassing for my first post, but it's a health issue, so it's kind of urgent. My dog Charlie went to the groomer this morning to get his haircut. He went to one of those big box pet store hair groomers to get his hair tighten up. He has been licking his doggy junk all night. It looks a little red. Is he just aroused or something? He's only a one year old puppy. Do they get aroused easily at that age? I googled up some information, and I got some really weird results that have nothing to do with dogs... I did get some other things like a possible urinary tract infection. I just took him to the big box pet store vet clinic a week earlier. So what could it be? I'll introduce Charlie in the correct forum a little bit later. I'll also post pics from his long hair days and his new short hair. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. |
