| diarrhea issues Hazel has had diarrhea off and on all week. Yesterday when I got home, she was going SOLID, but last night and this morning it seems as if she has diarrhea again! She's 1 year and 3 months. She's been eating her usual food. What to do? Take her in? HELP! |

| You can give her canned pumpkin and see if it helps but since its been a week I would take her to the vet if it continues. They will give her meds for it

| Dirreah can be caused by a mulitude of reasons. If this has been going on for a week, my suggestion is to take her in.

| I had the same problem with Harley a while back and I took him to the vet for tests. It is always a good idea to take a stool sample in to just be sure. Harley checked out fine, we did give him chicken and rice for a few days to help his tummy! Good luck keep us posted!

| Thanks you guys! I took her in today and the vet said for us to run some boold because it's been near a week now or we can give her some antibiotics and soft foods and wait it out a few days.... They took a little sample because I forgot the sample at home! They said it was too small to tell if there were any pesticides, but everything else seems fine. So we'll wait it out for a few more days and then hopefully, Hazel will be okay! Thanks for your thoughts and input... |

| Glad you've had her checked out - we have this problem with Lucy occasionally, and the last time we took her to the vet, she suggested giving her a scrambled egg (no seasoning), which did help a lot.
