| I'll keep Tucker in my prayers . I think he will do just fine. My Abby was spayed Feb. 4th and she did very well. A couple of days after her surgery, you would never have known she had anything done Last edited by AbbysMom08; 03-01-2009 at 10:15 PM. |

No Longer a Member | I will say a whisper a little prayer for your Tucker....I'll think about both of you tomorrow..I just went thur this with my male yorkie this past Monday.Romeo did have a restless first night; but with the pain meds you can make him comfortable. The first night was the worst of it..Now is't been almost 7 days and he's almost back to normal.Good luck its hard to see them go thur surgery...I know how hard it is.Just ask the nurse to call as soon as he's out .... Thinking of you and Tucker!!!! Last edited by sdtrippe; 03-01-2009 at 10:22 PM. |

| Gunnar was "fixed" on Friday. He is doing just fine. I'm having a hard time keeping him from jumping off and on the couch. (he is a bigger yorkie). he is just as playful. I thought the pain meds would knock him out, but no! he is wearing a soft, big blue collar. My husband is calling him Radar. It is funny watching him try to get out of it. He finally gave up. He is 6 months, 1 week old and weighs 6.8 pounds.

| Hello everyone and thank you so much for all your prayers! Tucker is doing great,I was very suprised when i went to pick him up and he was very awake and he doesnt have any stiches just that glue stuff!I got him out of the car and he was even playing around in the yard, could not even tell he had surgery! I am so relieved that he did good, thank you all once again! They weighed him again today and he had lost 1/2 pound but they said he looks really healthy and it was not anything to be concerned about! He 21 weeks old and weighs 6 pounds! thanksagain, Pam Last edited by Tucker08; 03-02-2009 at 07:16 PM. |
