| Dr. Jean Dodd's vaccination protocol is a good one to follow. It has been adopted by 27 vet schools. W Jean Dodds Vaccine Protocol VACCINATION PROTOCOLS |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | at 4 months the pup should be getting his last distemper booster. boosters are given 3-4 weeks apart. the typical schedule is 8, 12, and 16 weeks, tho some wait a little longer on small breeds and start at 10 weeks. these are the only shots i would give a puppy right now. at 5-6 months i would then give the rabies shot. if you pup is going to be around a lot of other dogs like at the groomers or at doggie day care then i would also give the bordatella vaccine.
