Default Krissy is getting Spayed today

We with all her health issues we are having Krissy spayed today. She still needs the heart monitor on later and maybe an MRI but one thing for sure she will not have anymore puppies. I just hope everything turns out OK.

Default spaying

Hi
I have A healthy 1year old 3lb female her name is Geisha.
I have been putting off having her spayed. My husband insists it has to be
done. I just don't want to put her though the surgery. I'm worried that
their might be complications. I'm not planning on breeding her, because
I would never be able to part with her pups. I have a male (her father).
Two Yorkies are a big responsibility. Is it really better to have her spayed??
Help I need advice

Geisha'a Mom
It is really much better to have a female spayed if you are not going to bred her. It can eliminate a lot of health issues for a female. The risk of surgery is lewss than the risk of issues that an un-spayed female can have.

The vet said Krissy did well and we can pick her up tomorrow. Our vet is taking her home with her tonight just in case since she has had so many problems.
