| Baby Lizzie is sick Took Lizzie to the vet-she started having diarrhea last night-like water (no blood) and dry heaving. By today, she was having projectile diarrhea and has vomited twice. He checked her for parasites and she is running a temp. He put her on some tummy meds and an antibiotic and said if not showing improvement by Monday to bring her back in. Please wish us luck-I have never cleaned this much in one day .

| No blood in poo at all. No blood panel either. Just a waiting game I suppose-She is drinking water good. IDK-what do you guys think?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Well, it is good that there was no blood. It makes me less suspicious of HGE, which can really be sudden and scary. Maybe she just got into something. I guess if it resolves over the weekend, it would probably be something she ingested. How old is she? Did you change her food? Did she chew on rawhide or any new treats?

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Sorry to hear about Lizzie. Cali had same thing and is on tummy meds and antibiotic plus the vet gave her 2 shots. She is doing better now so hopefully Lizzie will too.

| Have used same food since day one. She has had a bully stick-but those have never bothered her before. No blood or mucous in poo or vomit. I am stumped. Vet said he thinks it is viral-and it may be-she was around other furbabies at the groomer's last friday. BUT-this would really stink-as that means Ace would get it too. (OR-maybe Ace is superdog and won't get it because he was SSSOOO sick when I first got him that he built up a marvelous immune system-hey-you never know ). I guess we will ride out the weekend in stinky fashion. Poor baby !

| You might ask your vet about shots. There is alot of problems arising out of these shots. Its like a epidemic. |
