Very happy to hear you are home...your own bed must be quite a relief. It sounds like Tink also is making progress. I'm headed for bed...I'll say a special prayer tonight for you both. Please take care...

I'm glad you are home. I can't believe the surprise you had waiting for you. Thank goodness you have so many good friends and someone was able to take her for you.

Also glad to hear of Tink's progress. I will certainly be praying for your back, you don't need that to deal with right now.

It's great to hear from you. Please, please, please, no standing on your head.

Welcome home Susie. What an unexpected home coming you had.
Glad your friend came to your rescue. I wish you continued success
in your recovery and your precious Tink as well. Finger's crossed it
won't be too long that the two of you are once again reunited.

Hugs,

Welcome home Susie! There's no place like home, huh? I will be praying for your back and hope you can get that under control. I hope you get to see your little Tink this weekend! Sorry about your surprise when you got home! What was your friend thinking?

I'm ashamed of myself...I have something here and haven't gotten it mailed to you yet. I will do that soon! I've been so busy sewing, but that's no excuse. Big hugs to you!

I can't believe that woman would leave her dog there without even asking you! I remember last time you had her over. Maybe it is time to tell her that her dog is lovely but you don't want to babysit anymore.

I'm glad you're home and getting more rest today. Let's see, you said you practically had to stand on your head to get your PC running? Now THAT I would love to see a video of. You probably shouldn't be doing things so physical till you are feeling better.

Take care dear Susie.

Love From Uncle Charlie to Tink

Dearest Miss Tinkerbelle. We are so happy your Momma is home and can't wait for you to visit her. I hope she will take a picture of you, so I can see you again.

Sweet Tink, you just keep getting stronger and it sounds to me like you are frisky. However, don't get too frisky, or the boys (and you know who they are!) will starting packing their bags and heading to the nearest bus station or hop a railroad car to your house.

Always remember, precious girl, that Uncle Charlie thinks of you daily and can't wait until you are home with your Momma and feeling 100%.

With Admiration,
Uncle Charlie and his Momma

Hi all! sorry - I know I said I would post a thread with pics for all the lovely frogs and things Tink received but it was a tough day. I'm just now feeling able to sit in this chair long enough for a short post. I don't want to complain and I know others have reovered much more quickly from a new knee, but for some reason, I'm struggling. The mobility is very good, but the pain down the leg from my back is just more than I bargained for. I just want to go to sleep for a long time and wake up pain free.

It will be OK. I'm just whining for a minute. One more hour and I can have more pain meds and go to bed for a couple of hours.

Tink went out of town for the weekend with Barb, Sniff! So, it's me and all my friends. OK, gotta go. Thanks for listening. I want to be well so I can have my Tink home!

I feel like a little kid having a temper tantrum.

Ahhhhh Susie...I feel so bad you are having such a time and so much pain. I'll be praying for that to go away quickly! Sounds almost like you've got some sciatica going on there. You poor girl! *HUG* I FINALLY sent you a package today. It will take a while with Memorial Day tomorrow...always slows the mail up. I will be so happy when the day comes that you feel great and can bring Tink home! I'll be so excited, I'll probably do cartwheels...and I haven't done any of them in years. LOL I hope you sleep well tonight and wake up pain free in the morn! Bless your heart!
