| Slight bleeding Hi everyone, last Dec 29th my little baby had her first pup trough C section. Sadly the pup died. Alexa still bleed a little bit in her vulva. It has been two month but still the brownish blood and gel like residue forms in the outer layers. I try to keep it clean but I'm starting to worry. Already took her to the vet and she gave her some pills but still yet it still happens. Should I get a second opinion or is it something normal that will go away and not hurt her? |

| I know most females continue to have discharge for a couple of months after having puppies. It would concern me some if it is a brown discharge. Is she still on medication or did you use it all up? Be sure to monitor her temperature and if that is normal then she might just need more time. If in doubt I would get a second opinion. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I would really post this in the breeder's section - bc they'd be the experts here. I'd kinda be worried about a tear somewhere farther up perhaps...a micro-tear...but I don't know...?
