| Puppy Fell!!!!!! My puppy fell off of the bed an hour ago and now just wants to sleep(the past hour). If I wake him he is responsive but just wants to go back to sleep. He is not limping and I moved all his legs around to see if he would wimper and he doesnt. Im concerned he may have head trauma (worst case scenario) What r you alls opinions? |

| Have you called your vet? That's the first thing I would do. I know that one of the signs of a concussion in a human is sleepiness. Praying for your little one.

| I'm so sorry. I'd call the vet...like the Judy in Waco said, one of the signs of concussion in humans is sleeping excessively. Please call your vet. Let us know how your puppy is doing. |

| My one pound puppy fell of the couch a few times... she was frightened and a bit cautious to move, but otherwise she was fine, im not sure if she wanted to sleep much after wards or not- but was he playing a lot before he fell?? puppies normally sleep 15-18 hours a day, so he could of just been tired. Call your vet, see what he/she has to say... Im sure your baby's fine- he's just a puppy!!!

My Little Man! Donating Member | Oh poor baby Please make sure you call the vet. Wanting to sleep is the first sign of concussion. Please keep us updated.
