So much information!!! As I've said before on this thread I am trying to switch Chewy to Nature's Balance from Royal Canin. I've beeen mixing the two and Chewy just picks out Royal Canin and leaves the Nature's Balance behind. It's so funny how his little mouth can differentiate. I think I will just keep him on RC and add the Missing Link. I have noticed less scratching since adding NB but he poos more and they are softer. It's so hard because you want to do the best for the little pups and I have heard that feeding them right willa ctually extend their lives.

I'm there with you ...Maximus is on royal Canin too..and he itches..I feel bad and I tried innova (he didn't want it..plus mommy had to travel 45 mintues to go get it across the island..lol, does the missing link help with the itching? He does like the natural balance rolls..but they don't have all he needs as a puppy so I guess I will have to wait till he is a year before I can move him to that with only a little kibble..??

YT Addict | Whats a mommy to do? I'm more confused than ever. Everyone tells a different story about the food. My vet says Science Diet and he isn't a money grabber. He only charged $60 to spay Gidget. And i don't know who else to trust but my vet. I will stick to the Science Diet as long as my babies are doing so well on it |

So confused How much itching are we talking about? I feed my Coco Royal Canin and yea she itches but I don't know how much itching is just a normal itch, and what is itching from food. How do I differentiate between itching from food and normal puppy itch? So biljac is on the bad list? I don't know what to give her now. She doesn't like canned food, so that's out. But now I'm torn between the food I should give her.

Missing Link I haven't tried missing link yet but after reading all the success stories here I am going to get it this weekend. Also the NB meat rolls are yummy for them so I add a little bit to the kibble every other day. I also cut it up and use it for training treats and Chewy loooooves it.

Missing Link is a supplement powder that you add to food. It is supposed to do wonders for their coats and skin.

Does it also help with the itching from RC? She doesn't itch a lot but I don't know if it's something from her food. How do I know whether RC is causing it?
