| I am myself love the long hair. All of mine will always have long hair, they don't get no summer or puppy cuts. The long hair just adds so much more beauty to them. I always like the yorkie because of the long flowing hair that made them look gorgeous and different, not like any other dog.

| I think that Brownie looks very nice in his puppy cut. I groomed Reuger for my first time a while back, but I was afraid to go too short. I'm going to try and get it a little shorter and I copied off your picture so I can look at it as a guideline. Actually Brownie looks very cute no matter how long his coat is!!

| i really like his long coat! i think he's adorable either way but i think long coats look prettiest! and i read somewhere that a dogs coat keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter! |

| I like the long hair, its very pretty but I decided on the puppy cut. He looks happier with it and it's summer time! Long hair will probably make him dehydrated. You should give him a puppy cut in the summer and long hair in the winter. I think that's what I'm going to do with Marley. (Oops! I'm on the wrong account Sorry)

| I love my little guy with long hair - it looks so good and shiny and pretty - but I know that sometimes, they just feel better with shorter hair. Luckily, his grows pretty fast. Also, sometimes, Mojo is mistaken for a "girl" with long hair - why? I don't know....is there anything that says a male Yorkie should have short hair??!! I say, do what you think is best for you and him.
