Would you tape your yorkie's ears so they stand up?

No I think floppy ears are cute. Both Chachi and Jewels came up on their own

Yes, of course...taping does no harm to the dog..but as you know I am a standard freak...

maybe if my yorkie was small. but ive got two teapots so i like their ears down

We taped Lucinda's ears for 2 days and it worked like a dream. She did not mind at all (we used masking tape like one web site advised and did not tape them together). Before the taping they were flopped over and afterward....perfect stand up ears. When she is really excited, they lay flat back and that is so cute too but they pop back up! Go for it!
