| How much do you spend on your baby (ies) per month? The other night, I was over at my boyfriend's. I went online and saw these "NBA Officially Licensed" Jerseys for dogs! My favorite team (Sacramento Kings) also had one. I went nuts! I started pulling out my credit card, select the item, about to check out when I heard my boyfriend saying, "You spend too much on her." I stopped, thought about the things: toys, clothes, new hair product, etc. I had just purchased for my furby thiss past month. He was right (I grudgingly agreed). I'd estimate I had spent $50 (maybe even more) on her, not including the vet bills or grooming. I start to wonder: am I really spending too much? What about others? That is where, my dear friends on YT, you come in! Take a poll! Thank you very much for your time! Kathy |

| Let's see... $40-50/week to the dog walker $150/year to doggie club $30/month on food ?????/monthly on accessories, you know bows, collars, harnesses, leashes, bling... $90 every 6-8 weeks for agility training it's crazy isnt' it? But they are worth every penny! |

| Wow...for two outfits? I've browsed through some really cool websites and pet stores but I just can't bring myself to spend more than $60 at one time, for one outfit. Maybe I need to start looking for a second job...lol. |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | I can't even calculate how much we spend per month, but it is defintely WAY more than $100!! We pay for doggie day care every week, plus any clothes, new toys, and accessories that we find....not to mention food and the possible vet bill!! Our girls are spoiled but I wouldn't have it any other way....I spend more on them than on myself!!

I Love Thor Donating Member | I am a poor student. I think considering how much (or little) I make, I spend too much on Thor. I really have to talk myself out of a LOT of things, and force myself not to go anywhere near pet supplies stores. I just love shopping for Thor!!! It's totally addictive! |

| The first 8mo I had Starr I didn't spend a dime on myself. Too bad she grew out of most of it. Now...buy to make her things. I have a craft cart full of crap to make more bows and sweaters. It is a joke with my family that Kim you better go back to work to buy more dog clothes. That's just what that spoiled mutt needs. They laugh cause she is so spoiled....what if I had kids? I'd need a millionaire J/K! |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I scoffed when I saw the poll topic -- until I started doing the math: $40 a month for obedience, $40 every 2 months for grooming, $20 in toys every time we go to petco, plus coats, booties, leashes ... Oh, man, I need another job! And I don't even wanna talk about vet bills! One comforting thought when I was adding up costs for Jack's surgery. Over a year's time, it came out to a little over $3 a day. He's worth it.

| I have three so I would say we spend on the average $20-30 each. Depends on what is going on. We do not have them groomed every month. Then vet bills. Those would depend on what's up. They have been fairly healthy. I am worried about fleas and ticks this year. We have had a mild winter here in Missouri.

| Wow! We all spend a lot of our furbabies - BUT they are worth it!!! I can't even keep up with all I spend, but it does very from month to month. - Unschedule vet services & grooming (for those little mishaps), etc. Some months I might spend only $40 or so and other months it is way over $100! I think my husband finally quit getting upset with my receipts...maybe because he realized that I can't stop spending his $$ on Mojo (since I don't work) or maybe it is because he loves Mojo a lot too!!!

| I am in the $20 to $40 range, but that is per each. So, with three, it's more $60 to $120! Wow! |

| Months vary a little. When it's checkup, shot time, or time for more flea meds or allergy meds of course I spend quite a bit more. In a regular month with the dog walker and shopping trips it's about 200$. Fur babies can get expensive, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love seeing my Merlot healthy and happy!! |
